As we embark on a new fiscal year for the Arizona District Council of the Urban Land Institute, you will see many changes unfold.  All District Councils were asked to create business plans and to restructure their organizations for consistency across ULI.

Attached for your consideration is ULI Arizona’sAnnual Business Plan and Long-Term Strategic Plan and Organization Chart as adopted by the Executive Committee. The development of this plan followed a strategic planning process that began in February and included members of the Executive and Steering Committees and former ULI Arizona chairs.
