The City of Tucson is Seeking a Joint Development Partner

The City of Tucson is seeking a joint development partner for a 4.7 acre downtown site along the modern streetcar route.  The project area includes the Ronstadt Transit Center and the 2 parcels to the north.  The Request for Proposal is posted here: http://www.tucsonprocurement.com/ContractImages/Img_140983140983.pdf   Phase 1 proposals (qualifications focused) are due April 29, 2014.  The optional pre-proposal conference will be held Thursday, March 20th at 12:45 at City Hall.   Questions about the RFP can be directed to Dan Longanecker, City Procurement, 837-4125 or dan.longanecker@tucsonaz.gov.
