In order to accomplish this, ULI Arizona has created the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Committee, whose members work to provide strategic guidance and implement systems to plan, execute and track its goal of connecting and engaging students, professionals and leaders of diverse backgrounds with professional opportunities and resources within ULI and the real estate and development industry in general.

To realize this goal, the DEI Committee is dedicated to the following strategies:
– Educate and provide resources to individuals, groups and organizations on DEI topics, industry statistics and tools to increase Diversity, Equity and Inclusion within the real estate and land use industry.
– Support Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in all ULI Arizona efforts, committees, programs and events.
– Promote and create awareness of issues surrounding Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at all scales, from committee meetings to larger programs.
– Inspire change, not only within ULI, but the industry at large, by keeping the topic of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion top of mind and positioned to take action.
