The City of Phoenix is offering an undeveloped lot package as a site for mixed-use development with mixed-income housing. The site is located in the vibrant Eastlake Park Neighborhood and within walking distance of Phoenix’s oldest city park as well as a public pool and amphitheater that hosts a popular jazz music series.
The property at Jefferson and 14th streets is zoned for high density development and is two blocks away from light rail stations. Light rail puts the site within minutes of a full-service Downtown grocery store and Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, and connects the site to thousands of Downtown, Midtown and Gateway employment opportunities, four universities and three community colleges.
