ReinventPHX is establishing a transit-oriented model for urban planning and development transforming Phoenix into a walkable, opportunity-rich community. Implementation endeavors to advance infill, mixed use, and adaptive reuse projects along the light rail corridor will involve innovative planning solutions that balance community, development, and design quality. Don’t miss this event to discuss how form-based codes can improve the built environment and enhance predictability and investment in urban areas. Local and national developers will highlight their experience and share best practices evolving unique, attractive downtown places.
