    March is Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month and our Women's Leadership Initiative has invited Jessica Catlin, author of “Full Circle: How Politics, Depression, and Yoga Helped Me Crush Colorectal Cancer and Crisis”  to discuss the early signs and symptoms of colorectal cancer, how to advocate for yourself when healthcare providers are dismissing your symptoms, how to show up as a friend of someone who is going through a major life event, how to ask for, or accept help from your network when you’re going through a crisis, how to manage your energy and mental well being and how to otherwise crush life’s challenges.
