COVID-19 has had a profound impact on the way we view real estate, with the final implications still unclear. A panel comprised of top investment and development firms active in the Arizona real estate market will explore how their business was impacted in 2020 and what their outlook is for 2021. Which asset classes are struggling and which ones are holding up or even flourishing? How has the ability to capitalize new projects changed? Is Arizona a beneficiary of the pandemic with a trend away from large urban centers and toward high growth, low density environments? How have banks and other lenders responded to COVID-19? What does it all mean for real estate in Arizona for 2021 and beyond?
