Community Plan
Community Plan is a Public Officials educational curriculum for planning, zoning, real estate development, housing, public finance and infrastructure, transportation, and economic development.
Learn the foundational aspects and the finer nuances of issues affecting land use and development endeavors in your community.
Community Plan is an educational curriculum developed through collaborative effort and designed to address the questions communities are grappling with day to day. It is a two to four hour workshop involving group discussion, case studies, expert speakers, and valuable take-aways.
All workshops will be taught by a multi-disciplinary faculty comprised of experienced professionals in economic development, land use, public finance, infrastructure, transportation, and real estate development from both the public and private sectors.
