NEXT Arizona

ULI NEXT’s mission is to foster professional growth, develop strong industry relationships, build a personal brand, and promote knowledge-sharing through peer interaction for ULI’s emerging leaders. The focus is on how to:
•Take the lead
•Support each other in mid-career challenges
•Share best practices for effective leadership for both direct reports as well as managers

ULI NEXT Arizona consists of Peer Networking Flights of 10-12 participants that meet monthly for deep-dive discussions, professional development activities, and conversations with industry leaders. Emphasis will be placed on developing and growing strong relationships with other participants. ULI NEXT Arizona also features social events that provide the opportunity to get to know each other on an even more personal level.

NEXT members are current ULI members who are generally 35 +/- years in age with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in real estate, land use and development related industries.
