Jeannine Eicker has more than 27 years’ experience in commercial real estate.  She is an accomplished Director with seasoned national and international construction, development and program manager experience.  She has led large scale ($2.2B+)  mission critical programs for enterprise users as well as large complex high-rise mixed-use residential and retail projects in urban environments such as Phoenix, Chicago, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Charlotte, San Francisco, New York City and Dusseldorf, Germany.

Jeannine holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and is a LEED Accredited Professional BD+C.  Her community engagement has included participation in ULI’s PPP Gold Product Council, the City of Hope in Chicago, an ACE Mentor and Former Board Member and has won awards from her employers for her Excellence in Diversity as well as Collaboration and Leadership.

Jeannine remains active as a hearty contributor to diversity and inclusion initiatives, a leader of women in construction programs, mentoring, and sustainability initiatives.
