Nate Nathan is President and Designated Broker of Nathan & Associates, Inc. Nate, a Chicago native, graduated from Arizona State University in 1976 and began his real estate career concentrating on the Southeast Valley. He founded Nathan & Associates, Inc. in December of 1980. Over the past 41 years, the firm has concentrated its efforts on land transactions for master‐planned communities, residential, commercial, retail, industrial, and multi‐family projects in Arizona. Nathan & Associates, Inc. has exclusively represented, from inception to current, such communities as DC Ranch/Silverleaf, McDowell Mountain Ranch, Power Ranch, Johnson Ranch, Verrado, Vistancia, Canyon Trails, Eastmark (formerly Mesa Proving Grounds), and Estrella. Nathan & Associates, Inc.’s relationships with local and national banks, master developers, homebuilders, apartment developers, investors, and farmers, coupled with

their involvement in all aspects of the development business have made them the most successful and well-established land brokerage company in Arizona. Nathan & Associates, Inc. further expanded its operations in 2014 when a Southern California office was opened.

Nate is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and serves on the ULI Community Development Council (Silver Flight). Nate is also a member of Lambda Alpha International, the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona, Valley Partnership, and several other organizations. Nate is committed to bettering the community with his support of many local charitable organizations including Circle the City, an organization which provides medical care to the Valley’s homeless, where he currently serves on the Board of Directors.
