Why heat? Why cooling now?
Queen Creek is a growing, vibrant community and the opportunity to help define the Town’s downtown core is available with the release of two requests for proposals (RFPs) for Town-owned land.
RFP No. 22-005 includes approximately 8,050 square feet located along Ellsworth Road, south of Ocotillo Road. The preferred use is a pedestrian-friendly development that includes shade, engaging pedestrian walkways and architecture unique to Queen Creek. Residential uses are not preferred.
RFP No. 22-006 includes nearly two and a half acres located on the Southwest corner of Ellsworth and Rittenhouse Road. The preferred use is the development of a hotel, retail and/or restaurant use.
The RFPs are available on the Town’s website, QueenCreekAZ.gov. Proposals are due electronically by Monday, Nov. 1, 2021. Two virtual pre-proposal meetings will be held on Thursday, Sept. 23 at 9 and 10 a.m.
