As part of the Capital Markets Practice Group, Beth focuses on investment sales, debt origination/structuring, and equity raising for all product sectors including office, industrial, retail, hotel, and multi-family across the country.  Ms. Lambert’s 20+ years of experience on the equity side of the business provides a unique advantage in her strategic approach with clients.  She advises clients with a fiduciary mindsight and prefers to be vertically integrated to ensure strategic alignment and maximum transactional execution.

Ms. Lambert has experience in all facets of debt origination having worked on behalf of both borrower and lender and with all debt products, including construction loans, mezzanine/preferred equity loans, caps, collars, and other hedging instruments. During her tenure at Goldman Sachs, Ms. Lambert led the portfolio finance group where the team transacted more than $1B annually in debt originations.  Ms. Lambert has raised equity in various capacities throughout her career, assisting many clients with establishing programmatic joint venture equity relationships, funding strategic one-off projects, or recapping critical assets needing additional time to realize their full potential.  Ms. Lambert has a diversity of experience ranging from low occupancy value-add properties to 100% occupied NNN investment-grade assets which investment sales requires a comprehensive understanding of the risk associated with each and a corresponding bench of prospective buyers.
