Rebecca Lundberg was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada and is the oldest of 6 children. She moved to Tucson, Arizona to attend the University of Arizona, where she graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Majors in Marketing and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a Major in Dance and a Minor in Economics. During her time at the UofA she also obtained a Certificate in International Business.

Upon graduation Rebecca joined the PulteGroup team in Tucson as a Sales Consultant. Over the years Rebecca took on various leadership roles, relocating to Phoenix to become the VP of Sales for the Arizona Division in 2013. In late 2015 Rebecca moved to the Bay Area to lead PulteGroup’s field operations, overseeing construction, purchasing, sales, and marketing for the startup and execution of their high density and single-family urban infill businesses. Along the way Rebecca played an integral role in launching both DocuSign, an electronic signing software, and Envision, an online design center tool, within the company.

Today Rebecca is PulteGroup’s Arizona Division President. She oversees operations of their three brands in Phoenix and Tucson, delivering homes and communities for everyone from first-time buyers to move-up buyers, active adults and more. As one of the largest home builders in the State, PulteGroup directly employees 300 people and builds more than 1800 homes in Arizona annually.

Rebecca values the opportunity to serve the community through her work on the HomeAid Phoenix Board where she is the Housing Development committee lead, identifying and leading due diligence on shelter development service providers with whom the organization will then partner to leverage industry resources and expertise to end homelessness. She also serves on the boards of the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona and the University of Arizona’s Marketing Department.

When not at the office Rebecca is busy with her husband and three children. They enjoy boating, skiing, off-roading, attending sporting events, traveling, and more.
